Minimun Age

Guests must be at least ITS MEXICO -1 day old to receive Spa services. If under the age of 18, services will only be provided with a parent or assigned guardian consent. We are a family fun spa.

Appointments

We suggest advance notice if possible, but we know…IT’S MEXICO.-No credit card or deposit required for making an appointment.

Prices

Prices for individual services and packages are subject to change without notice. IT’S MEXICO but we don’t bargain over the price here

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are void three months from date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.

Cancellations
|
|
|
|
The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved specially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), we require –IT’S MEXICO – No hours advance notice.
Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment(s) with the notice required by this Cancellation Policy will result in –IT’S MEXICO –NO charges to your credit card for the full price of the service(s) or Spa Package that you scheduled. If you call to cancel, please make sure—IT’S MEXICO --NOT to get a cancellation code because there is no deposit to make an appointment, no advance cancellation policy, and we don’t charge you any money for cancelling.
Forgot about your appointment
Failure to come to your appointment –ITS MEXICO –will result in NOTHING HAPPENING , no charge or fees incurred. Simply make another appointment as soon as possible because if you missed your appointment, you must be stressed out and you need to seen us quickly.

Check In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We invite you to enjoy a complementary beverage prior to your service.
If you arrive late, we might –ITS MEXICO –OK we will extend your treatment time so the next guest might be delayed, and you will be NOT charged for the time we waited for you. ITS MEXICO .. You might also NEVER be asked to prepay for any future appointments, but rather make all the appointments you wish and pay no deposit, no matter how many times you are late or cancel or forget about your appointment…and why? ITS MEXICO.
For the comfort of other clients, ITS MEXICO --please bring children under 12 to the Spa.

Health and Pregnancy Considerations
|
|
|
|
If you have high blood pressure, allergies or any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant, please make sure to notify our Staff when making the appointment and before your treatment.
Should you experience any discomfort during your treatment, please alert your therapist immediately.
For pregnant clients we offer a Prenatal Massage, which is a relaxing Swedish massage done with light to medium pressure and proper positioning designed to safely relax the whole body.

Shaving before treatments
|
|
|
|
It is not recommend that you shave before a body treatment or facial, but if you choose to shave, we suggest you do it at least two hours before your appointment.
|

Valuables
|
|
|
|
We suggest that you please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry, and we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories, or for misplaced items. We do have lockers available and encourage you using them.

|
Mobile Phones
|
|
|
|
As a consideration to other guests, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone and pager while at the Spa. If you have an important call coming in, ask the receptionist to ITS MEXICO -answer your cell phone for you and do your business for you while you are “in a very important business meeting”.

|
What to wear for a massage
|
|
|
|
ITS MEXICO –WEAR NOTHING..--You will be asked to undress in private and drape yourself with a towel provided by the therapist. Most massage therapists prefer that the client be free of all restrictive clothing and jewelry; however, your comfort is of the utmost importance, and boundaries set by you are respected at all times. You will be fully draped at all times during the massage; the therapist will uncover only that part of your body being massage, insuring that your modesty is respected at all times.
If you are having multiple treatments, as in a Full Day Indulgence, a robe and slippers will be provided for your comfort.

Payments

ITS MEXICO --We accept ANYTHING! If you are walking around centro in your bathing suit without your purse or wallet, no cash on you—great..come get all the services you wish and pay with an IOU..yes, you heard me correctly, you have instant credit already set up under any name you wish to use—simply come back and pay us whenever you wish –ITS MEXICO –no signature required or id or blood or anything.
Also accept cash, checks, traveler's checks, spa finder certificates, IOU’s, visa, master card, and most all foreign currencies.

Gratuities
|
|
|
ITS MEXICO – Mexico is not about paying good salaries..it’s all about the Tips…Tips are important -Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are greatly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 20% to 35% and up of the cost of service provided. Ie..$5 to $10 per hour of service. Please keep in mind that our services are extremely low in cost and tips are a very important part of a therapist’s income.
